Connecting to 1x on Windows
has 4 wifi networks. We are currently moving from 1x and Xenia to and Guest, however this transition will take time so some locations will have either 1x and Xenia or and Guest.

Windows Instructions
- Right-Click on the network button in the System Tray
- Click on Network and Internet Settings
- Click on the Wi-Fi menu option
- Click on the Manage known networks menu option
NOTE: If you have previously tried connecting to ’s wifi, you will need to first forget it.
- Click on Add network
- Enter in the Network name and change the Security type, EAP method, and Authentication method for the network you wish to connect to.

- Now you are ready to connect! Enter your username and password - The same credentials you use for email and IRIS.
Guest and Xenia
Both of these networks are for guests. The connected method is the same for either. The PIN password created will also be the same PIN for both Xenia and Guest.
- Select Xenia or Guest from your list of wireless networks.
- Open a web browser and you will automatically be directed to 's network registration page.
- community members (students, faculty, staff, and alumni) can use their Kerberos credentials to log in.
- Members outside the community should click "Register as Guest'' and enter a name and e-mail address or phone number. You can then log in using your e-mail address as the username, and the numerical password e-mailed/texted to that address or phone number.
- After registering, you may be warned by your browser that you're being redirected; this is normal as we redirect you to 's homepage, and you can ignore any such warning.
